At Simabrand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RA number inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
